RSN Advogados provided legal counsel to Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) on the opening of its new store in Lisbon, at Praça Luís de Camões, nos. 28–32, in Chiado.
The team that supported the brand through every stage of its setup was composed of José Nogueira (Founding Partner and Head of the Firm's Corporate Department) and Inês Barroso Sá (Lawyer in the Firm's Real Estate and Urban Planning Department).
The operation was also supported by Oporto Accounting, which handled accounting and tax advisory services for Carhartt WIP, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with the project's rollout in Portugal — from the incorporation of the Portuguese entity through to the store's opening. The Oporto Accounting team was made up of Bruno Varajão (CEO) and lawyer Pedro Mendes da Cunha.
With this opening, Carhartt WIP strengthens its presence in the heart of the capital, now operating two stores in Lisbon's Baixa Pombalina district.
